Steve
Bakke is the founder and serves as CEO and CTO of Netzyn,
Inc. Prior to Netzyn, Mr. Bakke founded VocalData, Inc, an
innovative developer of VOIP software for the IP Centrex marketplace.
Under Steve’s technical leadership, the company developed
many of the base capabilities found in VOIP systems today.
VocalData was recently acquired by Tekelec (TKLC) as a core
software component for their next generation switching solutions.
Previously Steve founded two software companies, CrossTies
Software Corporation, an award winning application enabling
groupware functionality for the PC market and Omation, Inc,
the developer of the first low-cost schematic drawing application
for the PC. Prior to Omation, Mr. Bakke was involved in hardware
and software development at several technology companies.
Mr. Bakke received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering
from the University of Texas at Dallas and a Bachelor of Science
in Electrical Engineering from the South Dakota School of
Mines and Technology.

Larry Goldstein is a co-founder of Netzyn, Inc and serves
as Chairman and President. Prior to Netzyn, Mr. Goldstein
co-founded Seed Capital Partners, an early-stage venture capital
partnership where he manages a current portfolio of high-technology
investments. He has been a founder, early investor, director/advisor
to companies that include: Pavilion Technologies, Inc, GTESS
Corporation, GoFish, Inc, Netzyn, Inc, NetSpeed, Inc (Acquired
by Cisco, CSCO), Broadcast.com (Acquired by Yahoo, YHOO),
Genitope, GTOP, DTM Corporation (Acquired by 3D Systems, TDSC),
NetworkCar (Acquired by Reynolds and Reynolds, REY), Amber
Networks (Acquired by Nokia, NOK), iBeam Broadcasting, VocalData,
Inc, (Acquired by Tekelec, TKLC) and AMX Coporation, (Acquired
by Ducchosois, Inc).
Mr. Goldstein received a Masters of Business Administration.

Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Florida.
